Fact - Moon is a convicted felon (tax evasion)
Fact - Moon's church has long been known for the brainwashing and holding (I almost said kidnapping, but this would imply something against the law) of young adults.
Fact - The realm of the Rev. Sun Myung Moon is very large and ever changing. Partial list follows:
The Washington Times, World and I, Insight Magazine, UPI (United Press International)
Karh Arms (through his son Kook-Jin "Justin" Moon) which makes a highly concealable weapon, and the maker of the "Tommy Gun" Auto-Ordinace Corp.
True World Foods - 21 different fishing fleets, processing plants, and wholesale distribution points (accounting for at least 30% of the US fish Market) and 33 restaurants
Pyongwha-Peace Motors (Fiat assembly plant in North Korea, and retail sales in the US)
The New Yorker Hotel
University of Bridgeport
Bought a fleet of 40 submarines from the USSR to be scrapped in North Korea, then decided they should be used for "tourist". Actual use unknown.
Think question - Why is a newpaper, with a circulation about that of one in a small midwest city, never made a profit, in fact estimated to have lost several billion (US) dollars, being constantly quoted by one political party? This is the Washington Times, circulation similar to the Joplin (MO) Globe. Its paid circulation may even be less. Its involvement in the illegal Iran-Contra funding was never fully investigated. Yet the neorepublicans are always quoting its opinions as fact. Why?
Many of these links are broken because of the way the Unification Church is constatnly openning and closing businesses.
